Does Medcare provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment?
No. Medcare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medical care is provided by the healthcare institution you book with.
How does the process work?
• Submit your request (concern, location, timing) • We identify suitable institutions and check availability • We secure an appointment and send you confirmation details
How fast can an appointment be confirmed?
Timing depends on availability at institutions in your area. Many requests can be confirmed within 24–48 hours. Same-day requests are supported when openings exist.
What information do you need from me?
Basic contact info, location (ZIP code), urgency, type of appointment, and a brief description. Please avoid sharing sensitive medical records unless specifically requested through a secure method.
How much does Medcare charge?
To begin the search and coordination process, Medcare charges a $50 down payment finder fee. This fee covers: • Reviewing your request • Identifying suitable healthcare institutions • Contacting facilities to check availability • Coordinating and securing an appointment If an appointment is successfully confirmed, the $50 finder fee is applied toward your final coordination fee. Medical service costs are billed separately by the healthcare institution.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We can help coordinate rescheduling where possible. Cancellation policies vary by institution and may include fees depending on their rules.
Can I choose the hospital/clinic?
Yes. You can provide a preferred institution, or ask us to find the best available option based on your location and timeline.
What if you can’t find an appointment?
If we can’t secure an appointment after searching available options within the agreed scope, the finder fee policy applies (see Pricing). We can also expand the search radius, timing, or institution type if you approve.
Is my information private?
We handle your information carefully and only share what’s necessary to coordinate scheduling with an institution. Avoid submitting highly sensitive documents through the standard form.
